Refund Policy for Easter Egg Hunt at Heaton Park

1. General Policy

All ticket sales for the Easter Egg Hunt at Heaton Park are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is unable to take place.

2. Event Cancellation

In the event that the Easter Egg Hunt is cancelled, refunds will be issued. The determination of whether the event is unable to take place will be made solely by Heaton Park and Manchester City Council.

3. Notification of Cancellation

If the event is cancelled, all ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of the event cancellation notification. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
